I've been Tagged!

Here goes my list:

  1. I'm 5 feet tall or would it be more appropriate to say: I'm 5 feet short!

  2. I have six children, two daughters and four sons....and three ex husbands (shocking)

  3. I grew up in Acadia Parish, Louisiana raised on Cajun food and reared in the Catholic Church. I attended St. Francis Catholic School who taught me to feel responsible for everything; (Our Lady of Perpetual Guilt)...I think I'm responsible for global warning! Really!

  4. I was the only daughter and oldest child of four! My dad nickname me "The Queen", my family still calls me that...with a straight face! Really!

  5. I wanted to be an archaeologist at age 12 then at 15 decided to be an artist living in a garret in Paris, France. Well, I did get to live in a garret (sort of) but not in France!

  6. I can speak alittle cajun french and of course know the curse words too!

  7. I once took a 8 day road trip from Fort Worth, Texas to Key West, Florida alone...

  8. My great grandparents on my mother's side were Iroquois Indians. My name Shara means beloved one or so says my mom.

Well as Bindi says..."Sweet," but I'm still laughin' and the first word that comes to mind is NOT sweet! It's HOLY CRAP!!! Yeah...you did "good" alright. I love your half dozen. What a brilliant job you did at birthin' six beautiful souls. Who knew you had it in you? Apparently 3 hubbies! Thank you for being you and for sharing all of this. I feel really fortunate to know you. I have five sisters and three brothers, so understand what it's like to be in a large family. Apparently, so do you. How did we find one another? Lucky us.

Love,
Suzanne :)

Hey Suzanne,
Holy Crap is what I think too! I had at least 10 more strange or twisted things I could write. Ummm, maybe I should just start a separate running byline of those hiccups in my life. How does one raise six children today? You don't, you just run as fast as you can picking up behind them. Luck and angels have alot to do with my successes and failures with my babes. All in all, I did a good job, they love and respect me *well the youngest is still working on that one! and of course I adore them. Poor in material things, rich is the things that matter!
Love to you,
Shara

My dear, you are such a gem. Anyone who would have six babies and teach the way you do (very creatively)amazes me. I really admire you. Material things mean little, and I agree, you have exactly what matters. After reading your blog, I know you struggle with issues at times, but I think you're a very lucky woman. Put your arms around yourself and give a big hug! You deserve it.

I also think your very bold and forward thinking. You have a blog and putting yourself "out there." I called my mom to tell her I started a blog and asked if she would she like the link. She said "No." I thought I misunderstood! I said "Mom, it's so easy, just go to Cher's house (my sister) and log on. You'll get to see what happening around here. Let me give you the link." She replied "Noooooooo, I'm really not interested." WHAT!!!???? I couldn't believe my own mom didn't even want to read my blog! :) You aren't that sort of mom and for that, your kids must be so grateful.

I'm happy we met sweetie. You've enriched my life.

Much love,
Suzanne

Your timing is so wonderful! I just got my nose rubbed into it tonight. Made me cry, which I had decided not to do anymore. Being a good person doesn't insure that people are nice to you!
thanks for being nice...
