Paid up and ready to go!

It was an exciting day for me! I drove downtown to the Sister Cities International office to pay for the balance of my spring trip to Italy. "As good as having a ticket in your hand," said my friend Duncan when I messaged him. After handing everything over, making copies, and getting a receipt I was just bursting to tell someone. I wanted to celebrate a huge milestone in my life. I've been dreaming of traveling abroad since I was twelve or whatever age I was when I discovered National Geographic. Sunday our group has a planning session at Barnes & Noble Bookstore coffee shop. It's really going to happen.
